Testimonials
Jonathan put together the perfect trip. We stayed in a gorgeous B&B with an infinity pool overlooking the countryside, and the itinerary was the ideal mix of food, culture, and relaxation.
We toured a prosciutto producer, visited Caseificio Rosola for a Parmigiano Reggiano tasting and tour, sampled incredible aged balsamic vinegar —including a local's prized personal stash! — and enjoyed amazing farm-to-table meals.
It was the perfect combination of food adventure and downtime, and Jonathan's organization and local connections made everything effortless. A truly unforgettable week in Italy!

We cannot recommend this trip enough. Every stop offered a genuine taste of Italian culture — from watching prociutto, pasta, and Parmigiano Reggiano being made, to hands-on cooking classes and sampling incredible local dishes.
We visited Florence, Bologna, and Modena, and went to the home of the 2018 Balsamic of the Year award winner where we tasted and bought his phenomenal 45-year old balsamic — absolutely unforgettable!
Our stay at the villa was perfect: peaceful, surrounded by the countryside, and complete with a beautiful pool. The food, hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel like part of the family.
If you love authentic food, culture, and a true local experience, this trip is a must. We left with full hearts, happy stomachs, and memories that will last a lifetime! 🇮🇹 ❤️

Jonathan escorted us on my first journey into the food tasting world. I love to learn but have never paid much attention to how things taste. Our experience included an in-depth discovery of the origin and history of various Italian foods and he taught us how to taste by eating splendid meals together, cooking sauces and pasta, and visiting people for whom food is their life long love and passion. I taste food differently now. Thanks Jonathan.
