Sunday | ARRIVE IN ITALY!
​Arrive in Bologna for afternoon pickup at airport or central train station. Drive 50 minutes to award-winning villa in the beautiful foothills southwest of Bologna. Get-to-know-you session and snacks with hosts Emanuela and Massimo. Dinner at restaurant near villa.

Monday | MODENA FOOD TOUR
​Walking food tour in Modena, home of balsamic vinegar, Ferrari, and the late Luciano Pavarotti. Tour starts with favorite Modenese breakfast of gnocco fritto and cappuccino or fresh squeezed juice. Visit the historic Albinelli Market, where you'll sample parmigiano reggiano, tigelle with ricotta and jam, and eat a handmade pasta lunch. Grab gelato at one of Modena's top gelaterias before returning to villa to relax. Dinner at nearby restaurant.

Tuesday | PARMIGIANO REGGIANO & TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC TOURS
Tour the only Parmigiano Reggiano producer that uses milk from the rare Modenese white cow. Stroll the medievial town of Vignola, followed by visit to the Museum of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena for an in-depth tour and tasting with a balsamic master. Visit the private residence of a champion balsamic maker. Dinner near villa.

Wednesday | FERRARI MUSEUM
Breakfast at villa. Visit Ferrari Museum in Maranello. Lunch at nearby bakery. Relaxing afternoon at villa. Dinner at restaurant.

Thursday | FARM-TO-FORK PASTA CLASS
Breakfast at villa. Farm-to-fork cooking experience where you'll make and eat delicious pasta in a home owned by the same family since Roman times. Return to villa. Dinner at nearby restaurant.

Friday | DAY IN FLORENCE
Breakfast at villa. Enjoy a beautiful drive to Florence where you'll get priority access to the famous Duomo, followed by lunch and free time to explore the city and shop. Walk to iconic Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning sunset view of the city. Dinner at one of Florence's best sandwich shops. Return to villa.

Saturday | PROSCIUTTO TOUR + BOLOGNA
Light breakfast at villa. Visit one of the best prosciutto producers in Italy, where world-famous chef Massimo Bottura gets his meats. Fresh pasta lunch and meat sampling included. Head to the beautiful city of Bologna to explore the city and eat amazing gelato. Final dinner.

Sunday | DEPARTURE
Morning drop off at Bologna airport or at Bologna Central Station for return home or continued travel.
